The IPS08 registration fee is 30,000 Yen.
The full fee is due even for partial participation.
There is no reduced fee.
All payments must be made in Yens.
The registration fee includes, for one person, admission to the oral and poster sessions, the charges for the use of facilities and attached equipments and those for coffee breaks.
In addition, the fee includes a copy of the abstract booklet and the symposium proceedings which will be published as a special issue of Nuclear Instruments and Methods in Physics Research Section A (NIMA).
Moreover, registered participants will have the possibility to purchase tickets for the symposium banquet whose price is 8,000 yen.
Registration is handled by i-Cube Tsukuba Co., Ltd.
under the contract with J-PARC center.
