Instruction for Oral Presentation
Please kindly check the date and time for your presentation. Presentations should be prepared in the form of a common computer file in either PowerPoint2003 (Windows XP), PowerPoint2004 (Macintosh OS-X), pdf format. Speakers are asked to bring along their presentation material on a CD or a USB key, and should be handed over to the organizer with an ample time before your session. Each of the three oral session rooms will be equipped with a Windows-XP driven laptop, Macintosh OS-X driven laptop, a video-projector, a laser pointer, and microphones.

Instruction for Poster Presentation
Posters should be prepared in a format with maximum dimensions of 80 cm wide x 110 cm tall. They should be designed so as to be readable. Panels and fixing material will be available at the poster room. There are 2 poster sessions, A and B. Posters for poster session A can be displayed from 8:00 am on Wednesday and should be removed till 4:45 pm on Thursday. Posters for poster session B can be displayed from 17:00 pm on Thursday and should be removed till 4:45 pm on Friday. Poster session will be scheduled between 3:00 pm and 4:30 pm on Thursday (poster session A) and Friday (poster session B). Each poster must have a presenter present in these sessions.
